Top 3 Ways We Work With Clients

Each marketing agency has their own unique way of working with clients. We are a bit more flexible in how we work with our clients for two reasons. The first is that between the two of us, we have a diverse set of skills that we can offer to our clients that don’t fit into a traditional brief and deliverables agency business model. We are able to offer a full suite of traditional marketing services and serve as consultants or strategists when needed. The second, is that we want to be able to meet our clients where they are at with their distinct marketing and business needs. We enjoy being able to help entrepreneurs, business owners and marketing departments of all levels.

We offer three distinct ways of working with clients:

1. Marketing Consulting and Coaching

What this type of service essentially means, is we build a yellow brick road and you or your team follow it. Marketing consulting and coaching serves two primary potential clients:

Entrepreneurs starting a new business or side hustle that they want to turn into full time income.

When working with Entrepreneurs and small businesses we help them establish more than just their website and branding. We work with them to strategically create and achieve their business goals through their marketing efforts. Side hustles and new business endeavors do not become financial successes overnight, so we prioritize building achievable goals with our clients prior to developing any marketing plans. Once those goals are in place we work with them to develop marketing strategies that are sustainable for their business.
The aspect that sets this service apart, is that we rarely create content for this particular group of clients. Whether they are self-sufficient content creators or completely new to it, (if you are new to content creation don't sweat it, we can teach you how to make great content!) the goal of this service is to educate the client on how to successfully build and market a business.

Established marketing departments that have excellent ideas but need strategic direction and organization

You have a successful small business that has wonderful employees that wear multiple hats. They are creative, intelligent and good at their jobs. However, they aren’t marketers, they know how to navigate social media but not from the lens of growing your business. That is where we come in. We work with marketing departments to help their teams take their ideas and hone them into successful marketing campaigns that are centered around hitting the business goals. The goals of each business differ dramatically, a few examples of how we serve these clients are:

  • Building and implementing content creation calendars so that the marketing team can develop marketing campaigns more efficiently and with more effective content.

  • Teaching marketing departments how to leverage specific social media channels to help meet their goals. This includes helping them dial in their messaging, analyzing the best times to post, how to leverage organic traffic and when to use paid content.

  • Helping marketing teams effectively integrate email marketing into their marketing strategy. Many small businesses largely under utilize email marketing, and helping them with the initial set up and education of how to appropriately use it for their business and clientele is an effective tool in helping them meet their goals.

2. Integrated Strategy and Content Creation

Many marketing departments have employees with well rounded skill sets but find that those employees need assistance on specific tasks that do not require an additional full-time or part-time marketing role within the company. We serve as an addition to your marketing team by filling gaps in your in-house capabilities.  This can include but is certainly not limited to re-designing or building a new website, writing blog content, curating specific video and social media content, performing graphic design tasks or engaging in project management and strategy meetings to help keep the marketing department functioning efficiently. We work within your budget, schedule and team’s needs so that we fit seamlessly into your marketing department. We work cross functionally and enjoy working with all aspects of a marketing team from creatives to leadership.

3. Outsourced Marketing Department

We are inherently a full service marketing agency and are happy to manage the creation and implementation of every aspect of your company's marketing needs. Many of our clients are small business owners whose schedules are already completely full, they want to utilize marketing but they simply don’t have the time. We work to maximize the time we spend with these clients by creating goal centric marketing plans that allow us to execute marketing campaigns with minimal involvement from the business owner. Our goal is for marketing to be something that functions seamlessly in the background and allows the business owner to focus on the important aspects of running a successful small business.
