Squarespace help with GGC

We offer a one hour introductory consultation to get your Squarespace website back on track. During this work session-style meeting our goal is to address any challenges that you may have with your site, teach you some tips and tricks for how to get the most out of the Squarespace platform, and provide information on website design best practices. Clients are welcome to come with a list of action items to address during the meeting, or we can set an agenda after reviewing the site.

What each session can cover

Design Assistance — This is the most common form of Squarespace help that we provide. Building Squarespace pages can be finicky, especially when you are trying to get everything just right for desktop and mobile browsers. We will get everything in the right place and make sure it looks good on multiple devices.

Squarespace Training — One of the best selling points for Squarespace is that small business owners can update content on their own. Whether we build a website for a client, or assist with an existing one, we still want to provide owners with the opportunity to participate and do some of the work themselves. As we work through your design issues we will explain what we are doing and show you how to make similar fixes in the future.

Website Design Best Practices — After working through your list of issues if time allows we’ll take a moment to look through your site navigation, user experience, and SEO to provide some high level tips for future performance improvements.

What if I need more help?

For some clients one hour long work session may be enough to take over from there, but other websites may need more attention. Our team can work with you on an hourly basis to continue making improvements or walk you through the process of working with squarespace so you can do the rest yourself.
